In a team effort, I also supported the coordination of the onsite/offsite improvements around the entire park, which included public works improvements such as streets, wet and dry utilities connecting into the park, plus the I-5 connection to the parking structure and resort hotels.

Assigned abroad to work in Mexico City, DF for Fluor/ICA Constructors as-built project. At the time, this was the largest telecommunications as-built project in the world. It was an MCI/Avantel joint venture; roughly 5,000 Km of already constructed telecom infrastructure fiber optics network. Trained approximately 49 civil designers and engineers in MicroStation J.
